- Five fruits which symbolize the result of the five senses.
- Donation, as mentioned before, is a symbol of the physical element.
About Vanisha Uppal
Vanisha Uppal has been practicing Kriya Yoga since 2012, the year she met her master, Per H. Wibe. As one of his closest disciples, she has actively contributed to his work and vision. She served as co-author of Kabir in the Light of Kriya, written with Master Per H. Wibe, and has organised meditation retreats for him for over fifteen years at Aurobindo Ashram, Delhi, and Ramgarh.
Her own journey has been one of sincere inner exploration. Through years of practice, reflection, and observation, she has written more than 200 poems and approximately 100 articles and a book, “On the Way by Vanisha Uppal,” aimed at supporting seekers on the challenging yet deeply rewarding path of self-realisation. Her writings present spiritual truths in a simple, relatable, and practical manner, drawing from lived experience rather than theory.
Beyond her spiritual writings, she is also the author of the humorous book series Lolo’s Funny World, reflecting her belief that wisdom and laughter can coexist. A dancer, singer, writer, and creative explorer, she sees all her talents as gifts nurtured through the practice of Kriya Yoga and the guidance of her master.
Vanisha attributes every transformation in her life to fifteen years of dedicated Kriya Yoga practice and the grace of Master Per. She believes that even struggles possess a hidden beauty, provided we are willing to face them with honesty, awareness, and courage.
Welcome to the Retreat – Vanisha
