Ninder says that when someone seeks refuge in Master “Per”, he initiates them with the seed mantra of silence. To attain liberation, the disciple must grasp the essence of this silence, nurture it through regular Kriya practice, and allow it to grow within. By doing so, they will surely achieve liberation, just as Ninder became still from inside and out..

Ninder’s words offer a profound insight into the transformative power of Master “Per”‘s teachings. When we surrender to the Master’s guidance, we’re given the precious gift of silence – a seed mantra that holds the key to liberation.

This silence is not just the absence of sound; it’s a gateway to inner peace, a portal to our true nature. To nurture this seed, we must cultivate it through regular Kriya practice, allowing it to take root and flourish within.

As we tend to this inner silence, we begin to experience a profound stillness that permeates every aspect of our being. Like Ninder, we become still from inside and out, transcending the turbulence of the mind and revealing our true essence.

This is the path of Kriya Yoga – a journey inward, guided by the Master’s wisdom and nurtured by our own dedication and practice. By embracing this silence, we can attain liberation, just as Ninder did, and discover the peace and freedom that lies within.

For Kriya Yoga disciples, this is an invitation:

Surrender to the Master’s guidance and receive the seed mantra of silence. Nurture this silence through regular Kriya practice. Allow the stillness to grow within, and experience liberation. May we walk this path with dedication, and may the silence within guide us to our true nature.
